I have been an online client of Bec’s for two years now and to say she has changed my life would be an understatement. Bec has not only been a coach for me in the gym, but she has been there for me through some difficult times in my personal life. She is always there for you when you need her and will always help you with anything she can. She practices what she preaches and is a motivation to me daily. My training has always been customised to me and my preferences and I have made some serious progress since being one of her clients. Her approach on flexible dieting is also a huge win for me in a coach because you need to be able to live your life as well as hit your goals. My new warning to all..
Dont sign up to the BEC project unless you are prepared to buy a whole new wardrobe in 12 weeks time! Your undies will fit better but your shorts will fall down. You’ll need new active wear and and your bikinis will be loose and it’s the best problem in the world!
Thank you for the last 12 weeks. You’ve been an amazing, supportive, knowledgeable coach who has never made me feel inferior for my failures but instead lifted me up and celebrated my wins.
No cardio, no jumping, no loaded squats. Just mindful calculated eating, slow controlled weights, a flexible approach, a brilliant coach and self love, the letting go of perfection, the absolute will and determination to just be better than I was yesterday and of course some Kit Kat every night.
It’s been REALLY hard but so so rewarding and after the first 2 weeks it actually became really enjoyable seeing the progress is addictive! You got me out of my rut and I now have the knowledge and motivation to feel I’m ready to keep going on my own.

I’ve just completed 12 weeks of fitness coaching with Bec through her “Bec Project” and I am in a place I couldn’t even imagine when I started.
For the first time, at almost 37 years old, I feel like I am starting to understand how my body works. My generation was all about “eating less equals being skinnier.” Well that may have worked for me earlier in life, It sure rears it’s ugly head down the line. I had NO idea what to eat. Although being blessed with a trim amd fit figure most of my life, I was never taught to understand what to eat, when to eat, why to eat. My mind has been so confused about carbs are bad, don’t eat this, don’t eat that, bad food, good food, low fat, chocolate will make you get fat, fat will make you get fat, eat low carb. I legitimately had no idea what on earth I was doing. The scales were going up slowly and steadily each year. No matter what diet program I tried, either found it too restrictive, could not stick to it, or just simply did not get results.
With “The Bec Project” program, I can truthfully say that I was able to follow it 100%, 100% of the time. This is because it is not restrictive, based on flexible diet, and if you plan ahead and dedicate yourself, it is not hard. Being able to eat the food that I LIKE, making sure they are within my macros, and not being restricted in any way, made this so incredibly enjoyable for me. I eat chocolate every day lol - I ensure that I work this into my tracking as a little treat.
I don’t feel like it’s a diet, I feel like it’s an all over lifestyle shift. I am eating at least five times the amount of food I used to before I knew what I know now.
I also had no idea what I was doing when I was working out. Bec gives me a personalised program that targets exactly what we are doing. I essentially walk into the gym, put my headphones on, open our app and press start. I love this because there is no thinking for me.
I work up to 16 hours a day, I have a small family, and multiple successful businesses. Time is not a luxury that I often have. Bec worked around this for me, and I got incredible results from only working out three times a week.
I originally said to Bec, I’ll give you 12 weeks, and let’s see where you can get me. I had nothing left to loose at that point, what I was doing wasn’t working.
Well truthfully I’ll probably be keeping you forever Bec lol, the results you have given me have been life changing. I feel powerful, inside and out. My body has changed so dramatically. I love myself again, and I feel amazing. My mind has changed. I have knowledge. I know what I’m suppose to be doing now.
I am a total of 8.4kg down in 12 weeks.
If you are looking for someone to help you loose weight and tone your body, I wholeheartedly recommend Bec. Just give her 12 weeks to start, then see where you are at the end. She is such a passionate, funny, encouraging, uplifting and beautiful soul.
